Tomorrow one of my wisdom teeth will be torn out by the extremly chipper and forthright Dr Lisa, Oral Surgeon.
In a week where I am also travelling to Canberra it is hard to decide which will be the highlight. Probably the former, because the drugs will ensure that while the surgeon shoves her knee into my chest and yanks at my mouth with a pair of pliers, I will be dreaming of a land of clouds and guitars.

i had one from each corner taken out under general at darwin horse-piddle, picked up by daniel when i came too and taken to the casuarina night-and-day pharmacy (the one the closes at night) where i looked in a mirror and saw a deathly white james lookin back at me with dried blood streaking down from the corners of my mouth and four tampon strings dangling in the breeze (see i can write poetically too).
Its probably too late, but if you could have organized the trip to canberra before the operation then you would not need to be sedated by drugs at all.
