This is a tough one!
240,000 : 21,000: Indonesia's population compared to ours.
1:120 - This is a bit of a stab but I'd say it was approximately Australia's humanitarian intake compared with overall migration (according to Bernard Keane's article in Crikey here - I think? http://bit.ly/x5Ssv
The 9-10 I'm not sure of but I think it could be the ratio of successful asylum seekers.
