Podcastigating
Anyone doing it? Anyone listening to it? As even dinosaurs like myself contemplate the purchase of some sort of MP3 playing device, is it a great new way to throw ideas around or an overhyped niche?
Notoriously behind the times as usual, I do not own an MP3 Player. Rob and Russ often sigh at my lateness in discovering new technology. Lucky for me, when I need it, they help me buy it.
1. Yes, you must get one. They are awesome. 2. Podcasting can be excellent. There's quite a bit of good home-grown content in whatever field you're interested - whether something dry like "the law report", or something amusing like Tony Martin (a way to catch martin without having to turn on that radio station), or even local bloggers (Desci and Bob).
Actually, there are even some very good videocasts (Ask A Ninja, Ricky Gervais).
My iriver is one of the main pieces of technology I use constantly and always have with me.

ReplyDeleteI might need to recruit their genius as well!
