House for Sale: Terminator's Delight!
When trying to sell your house, one tactic is to provide colourful photographs of amenities such as the kitchen...
$400,000 plus townhouse*. Not kidding. Not in Toorak or Rose Bay either.
I refute my last. It could be a townhouse in Mugga Lane.
As for expensive real estate, according to (I think) ABS numbers and the REIA, Canberra is second only to Sydney City (CBD+25km) for most expensive place to buy.
I'm guessing this is Northcote, re: your previous blog mention of househunting in the area. If it is, at that price, the house must be on one of those luxurious sized blocks ripe for "development"*.
Well if it's 'cote, that roof would be leaking like fucking Niagara right now. Our skillion roof just gave up the fight, three buckets now called into service.
Local stuff - the Wesley Anne got flooded, traffic lights were out and the MFB firerys have been doing precision truck dancing around that bloody pole.
